CGC is a long-established caterer with a distinctive British identity. Established in 1896, CGC has decades of experience and Instruct’s rebrand in 2016 helped to bring this heritage to the forefront.
CGC has deep Yorkshire roots – founded at The Mansion, Roundhay Park in the 1800s they serve a wealth of venues in the region including iconic Yorkshire institutions, notably serving as York Racecourse’s primary caterer for over 30 years. Instruct helped to define CGC’s brand values and refocus the brand’s outlook to balance the heritage with their innovation: old hands, new thinking.
