Bury Town Centre

Produced with Bury Council, Visit Bury and local businesses, the Back in Bury campaigns initially aimed to capture the people, culture and retail offer in Bury, encouraging people to return to the town centre following lockdowns and reduced business in 2020. Following the success of the campaign two more seasons were comissioned, leading to Bury being awarded a BID status enabling more ambitious campaigns for the future.

All of the campaigns involved us curating and reaching out to local businesses to capture stories and portraits of the people who make Bury special. Using commissioned photography, collage and colour we produced a campaign concept with an emphasis on people and experiences that make the place.

The campaign has had multiple iterations including Summer in Bury and Back in Bury: This Christmas, each time with new photography and an updated look and feel to create seasonal twists.
